Thank you for visiting my website. I am an ocean inspired photographer from Santa Barbara County California. Creating images with natural light and beauty of the ocean is what I am most passionate about. My love for the ocean began at a young age. My Dad taught me to be comfortable and uncomfortable in it, but most importantly to show it respect. I grew up in Lompoc Ca. surfing the waters off the Central Coast, spending most of my time at Jalama, Surf Beach and Gaviota Coastline. Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, from my Dad taking pictures on family trips, to being gifted my first film water camera from Dave and Robin at the Surf Connection. In 2010 after suffering an injury and being out of the ocean for a long time, my parents bought me my first professional DSLR camera. I would shoot photos of my friends surfing, and eventually purchased a water housing. That’s when my passion for photography grew and evolved into what it is today. I am so grateful for the people I’ve met along the way, for the cultures I’ve experienced and places photography has taken me. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy sharing it with you.
